ABOUT

We built the standard the region deserved.

Founded in Jordan in 2019. We ship world-class products because our region deserves no less. Then we train the next round of engineers behind us.

OUR STORY

How we got here

2009. CG Imagine+Invent opened its doors in Amman. Ten years of brand, creative, and product work followed, with technology running underneath every engagement.

2019. We spun WeTheMakers out as a standalone company, 100% focused on technology with ten years of delivery already behind us. The conviction was simple: this region could build to the same bar as any studio in San Francisco, London, or Berlin. Small team, high bar, zero shortcuts. Every build was a stress test on our own process, and what survived became our playbook.

2021. We launched School, a long bet on the regional talent pipeline. The gap we kept seeing wasn't ambition, it was training. 120 graduates later, 85% are in product roles within months of finishing.

2024. We leaned hard into AI, not as a category we sell but as a new way to build. Every stage of our delivery, from research through support, runs on AI now. That's why we ship in weeks, not quarters.

Today. We operate across three surfaces: Build for product delivery, Solutions for senior tech capacity on retainer, and School for training the next round of engineers. The team spans Jordan and beyond, and the standard stays the same everywhere.

Forward. We don't measure ourselves by the region. We measure ourselves by the best studios anywhere, and then we raise the bar every year. That's the work.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

How we work

Craft

We have shipped over 100 products. The ones we're proud of are the ones where we didn't cut corners when it got hard.

Clarity

Scope creep, missed deadlines, and surprise invoices all come from the same place. We eliminate the ambiguity before work begins.

Ownership

We don't hand off and disappear. If something breaks six months after launch, we want to know about it and fix it.

Continuity

The products we build outlast the engagement. We write code for the engineer who inherits it two years from now.
