    First contact for new work: understands what you are trying to build, and gets the right lead and the right proposal in front of you.

    Esraa Abuhatab

    Owns delivery on every engagement: the timeline, approvals, UAT, release and the client channel. If you are a client, Esraa is the person you talk to most.

    Owns product clarity: what gets built, why, and what a ticket has to say before an engineer touches it. Runs discovery, keeps the roadmap honest, and runs the sprints as Scrum Master.

    Runs quality assurance on every WeTheMakers project with the QA team. Nothing reaches a client release without going through her.
