Oud Soloist

Maestro Tareq Al Jundi is one of the most prominent oud players in the Arab world. Moving his curriculum online had to carry the weight of his presence, not flatten decades of mastery into a YouTube playlist. Multi-angle video, embedded notation, and paced progression had to make a screen feel like a class with him in the room.

The audience is global from day one. Diaspora learners and cultural enthusiasts across 27 countries, on whatever device they happen to own, often on patchy connections. Web, iOS, and Android had to ship together without splitting into three teams or three codebases.

This was a Developer as a Service engagement. Oud Soloist owned product, brand, and roadmap. We owned engineering. The work had to fit inside their cadence and their definition of done, without us bringing in our own opinions about how the product should look.
