The Challenge

What we were up against

Triple 8 set out to do something ambitious: run customer experience with agentic AI. Not a chatbot bolted onto a website, but a contact center platform where AI agents actually handle interactions for businesses. That is a product, not a page, and it had to be built like one.

Businesses needed a place on the platform: a discoverable company profile, organized by category, that customers can find and engage with. So the product is part directory, part account system, part AI engine, all in one.

And as a new-standard platform, it had to feel polished and trustworthy from day one, with room to keep growing as more companies and capabilities come on board.

How we solved it

A Platform, Built End to End

Company profiles, a category-organized directory, accounts, and the surfaces around the AI agents, built as one coherent product rather than a set of disconnected pages.

An Operations Console

Behind the AI agents sits a full admin console: companies, departments, users, and a ticketing workflow with escalation and resolution tracking, plus platform KPIs and retention trends so operations stay measurable.

Built and Kept Evolving

Delivered on a modern Next.js stack as WeTheMakers' own AI-native build, and supported on an ongoing basis as the platform and its agent capabilities grow.
