The Challenge

What we were up against

Teaching kids about money is hard when the tools are built for adults. 7asaleh wanted parents to manage their children's spending and chores in one place, with an experience simple enough for a family and structured enough to be trusted with money.

The app had to combine a wallet, in-app payments, and a micro-financial system into a single flow, while keeping parents in control through dashboards and an administration panel. Multiple user flows had to coexist without the interface becoming cluttered.

The financial tools also had to integrate cleanly with the systems behind them, so balances, allowances, and chore rewards stay consistent across every screen a parent or child touches.

Family-First Product Design

We shaped a mobile experience playful enough for kids and clear enough for parents, so a whole family can manage money, allowances, and chores in one app that never feels like a bank.

Wallet and Payments

A wallet and payments layer handles allowances, spending, and in-app payments in a single flow, with a prepaid card tying the digital balance to the real world.

Micro-Financial System

A custom micro-financial engine keeps balances, allowances, and chore rewards consistent for every child, built to be trusted with real money from day one.

Parent Controls and Insight

A parent dashboard and admin panel give guardians full oversight, spending, savings goals, and chore rewards, tracked across every child in one place.
