The Challenge
What we were up against
Pickups and deliveries usually mean phone calls, guesswork on price, and no way to see where your driver is. GoMint set out to collapse that into one on-demand app where a user requests a job, sees a fair estimate up front, and follows it to the door.
An on-demand platform has two sides, and both have to work at once. Users need a simple way to place an order and track it. Drivers need clear jobs, live routing, and a way to get paid. The app had to serve both flows without turning into two separate products.
Trust comes from visibility. Every order needed live geo-tracking, advanced estimations so the price is clear before anyone commits, and real-time chat so users and drivers can coordinate the last hundred meters without leaving the app.

How we solved it
On-Demand Mobile App
A React Native app covering both the user and driver journeys, from placing an order to completing a delivery, on a single codebase.
Geo-Tracking and Estimations
Live location tracking on the map with an advanced estimations module that surfaces the fare before an order is confirmed.
Order and Chat Flow
An order module that carries a job from request to completion, with real-time chat keeping users and drivers in sync throughout.
Payments and Operations
In-app payments and a micro-financial system for driver earnings, with dashboards and a CMS the GoMint team runs day to day.
