Buying a used car in Jordan is a stack of disconnected steps. Buyers chase listings on classifieds, drive to garages for inspection, walk into banks for financing, and call brokers for insurance. MotorWheels needed to collapse that whole journey into one app without faking the parts it doesn't own.

The product already existed when we came in, but it had hit a ceiling. We reverse-engineered the entire stack, then took it to the next level on performance, feature depth, and integrations. That's the work we do best, inheriting a live product and pushing it forward without breaking the parts users already rely on.

It also had to ship on iOS, Android, and the web from a single backend, with listings that update across surfaces in real time and a checkout that can carry a car from interest to paid deposit. And trust was non-negotiable, so the inspection flow had to surface Carseer reports inline on the listing itself, before the buyer ever talks to a seller.
