The Challenge
What we were up against
Westshore Montessori has been teaching in Westlake, Ohio since 1966, but their website lived on a hosted, proprietary platform. It was a site they rented, not one they owned: a recurring monthly fee, and no real control over the code or where it could go next.
As a small school, they needed a warm, credible site that tells the Montessori story and moves parents toward a tour, without an enterprise budget or a long timeline to get there.
Most of all, they wanted to own the result. A site on a platform they control, that any developer can maintain, with content their own staff can update without calling anyone.
Our Approach
How we solved it
Owned, Not Rented
Rebuilt on WordPress, a platform the school owns outright and any developer can maintain, ending the monthly fee and the lock-in of the hosted builder they were on before.
Built Around the Montessori Story
A clear path from The Nest through Kindergarten, warm classroom imagery, and Schedule a Tour prompts throughout, so a visiting parent understands the school and knows exactly how to take the next step.
Fast Turnaround, Staff-Editable
Delivered on a tight timeline, with pages and content the school's own team can update in WordPress, no developer required for everyday changes.
