The Challenge
What we were up against
Fashion retail lives on presentation. Zelano needed a storefront that reads like a fashion label, not a stock template: full-bleed campaign imagery, elegant serif typography, and seasonal storytelling (Season Sale, the Fall new-arrivals drop) that make the brand feel considered before a single product is clicked.
Underneath the editorial look it still had to be a real store: categories for bags, shoes, belts, and accessories, curated rails for trending and new arrivals, accounts, wishlist, cart, checkout, and multiple payment methods, all managed by the Zelano team.
And the seasons keep moving. New campaigns, new drops, and new promotions had to be something the brand runs itself, without a developer in the loop each time a collection changes.
Our Approach
How we solved it
Editorial Storefront
An elegant, serif-led design with full-bleed campaign imagery and seasonal sections, so Zelano tells a fashion story on the home page instead of just listing products.
Merchandised Catalog
Categories and curated rails (Category Sale, New Arrival, Trending Now) built on Magento, so the team merchandises seasons, drops, and promotions on their own.
Full Commerce Backend
Accounts, wishlist, cart, and checkout with multiple payment methods (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and American Express) on a Magento 2 foundation the brand controls.
